Litchfield County Queen Anne step form cherry highboy,  with unique carved shells and period brass in original holes, on cabriole legs ending in carved QA feet, ca. 1780, possibly from the Elisha Booth workshop. Prov. Found in 1933 in a home on Skilton Rd. in Watertown, CT (near the Woodbury line),from the Reinhold/Tolman estate with Litchfield County exhibition history, illustrated. 76”H x 36”W upper case x 17”D upper case.  Condition: generally very good, old refinish however leaving the pad feet untouched therefore a dark patina, original brass, repair to drawer lips, missing knee return on proper left front side
